Resources for English Teachers and Bilingual Schools
There are a variety of options for our workshops depending on your school's schedule and teachers' availability. Choose one of the following, or if none of these options suits you we can tailor-make a workshop that fits to your necessities.
Workshop types
Staff Full Day Training
Hours: 5 hours
Number of Teachers: Up to 30
Details: This full day workshop looks at new and inspiring ways to deliver creative English lessons, teachers will build a ‘tool kit’ of ideas using drama, music and dance that can be used and adapted to teach many topics. The workshop will also look at lesson planning and how to manage behaviour in class creatively. Teachers will be given a pack to take away with all activities covered in the workshop.
Staff Half Day Training
Hours: 2.5 / 3 hours
Number of Teachers: Up to 30
Details: This half day workshop looks at new and inspiring ways to deliver creative English lessons, teachers will build a ‘tool kit’ of ideas using drama, music and dance that can be used and adapted to teach many topics. The workshop will also look at lesson planning and how to manage behaviour in class creatively. Teachers will be given a pack to take away with all activities covered in the workshop.
Staff After School Workshop
Hours: 1.5 / 2 hours
Number of Teachers: Up to 30
Details: After school workshops focus on integrating more creativity into teaching English. Teachers will develop new skills, look at cross- curricular learning and develop new creative strategies to managing behavior in the classroom. In this workshop the teachers will be lead through various activities using drama, dance and music. Teachers will be given a pack to take away with all activities covered in the workshop.
Pupil's Full Day Workshop
Hours: 5 / 6 hours
Number of pupils: Up to 25 per class / One hour/45 min per class
Details: The children will be developing their English through creative and inspiring drama, music and dance lessons. All the school need to do is choose a theme for the day - it could poetry, fairytales or musicals? The workshop will be tailored to the school's requirements and can result in an end of day performance sharing if requested.
Pupil's Half Day Workshop
Hours: 2.5 / 3 hours
Number of pupils:
Up to 25 per class / One hour/45 min per class
Details: The children will be developing their English through creative and inspiring drama, music and dance lessons. All the school need to do is choose a theme for the day - it could poetry, fairytales or musicals?
